Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is an annualised rate which illustrates the cost of borrowing. Under a running account Credit Agreement, we are obliged to calculate the APR over 12 months, despite the fact we may be lending over a shorter period. This ensures that you can use the APR to compare a number of different credit options that may be available to you from other credit providers.

We can move your payment but no more than 6 days later than the current direct debit collection date.

We have procedures in place to handle your complaint fairly and quickly. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 3-5 working days. If after receiving our final response you are not satisfied with the outcome, and you are not a business, you can write to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Scheme for Premium Credit, at: The Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London, E14 9SR. If you are a business you may still have the right to complain to the FOS.

In order to approve your application for credit we may search your records at credit reference agencies and they will add details of our search to their record which can be seen by other organisations making searches.
Your data and documents uploaded during the application process will be stored securely in our database in line with GDPR requirements.
We will delete your data within 6 months of the start of your application.
You will have created an account using your email address, login details will be sent to you. All you will need to do is log back in to the portal and you will be able to complete the process.
You are able to upload documents on the portal, we accept, PDF, PNG, JPEG and any word processing software like Word.

If we have already made the payment to the HMRC you will need to contact Premium Credit at customerdirect@pcl.co.uk for a settlement figure (please refer to your terms and conditions).
If we haven’t paid HMRC - The agreement will be cancelled, and no monies will be due and you will need to pay HMRC direct
This is a new product and new business with Premium Credit therefore a new credit agreement is required.
The Facility Fee is a fee that is applied for arranging the transaction. This fee is collected with your first repayment and is proportional to the amount you borrow.
Your tax office is shown on your HMRC payslip provided to you by HMRC
Your first repayment will be taken 10 days after we have confirmed your application for finance. Subsequent repayments will be confirmed in your Welcome pack.
We may require a personal guarantee to support your application for credit and will advise you if this is required.
During your application process you will stipulate which office you require your tax to be funded to. Please login to confirm this.

Provided we do not require any further information, we will fund HMRC on the tax due date you entered on your application. If you need to check this, you can log in at any time to review but you will be unable to change the funding date. If you need to do this, please email us at customerdirect@pcl.co.uk

You’ll need your 17-digit Unique Tax Reference when you call. You can find this on letters from HMRC and in your online services account.
You can call us on 0344 736 9836 and arrange to make the repayment over the telephone. Any missed repayment will incur a default charge. Please refer to your Terms and Conditions.
The payment to HMRC will be made on the tax due date you provide during your application process
We require these documents to enable us to more efficiently process your application.
Your Direct Debit collections will automatically stop once you have made your final repayment. You do not need to take any further action.

Depending how much credit you have applied for, we may need to request some additional information from you.
If we need anything else, we will contact you within 2 business days of you submitting your application.
If we do not need anything you will receive a welcome email from us within 2 business days unless your application has been unsuccessful.
